Terms of Use
Last updated October 28, 2026
By using Assemble you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.
Using Assemble
- You must be 18 or older.
- Assemble is for people sharing with people they know. Accounts for businesses, brands or political campaigns aren't allowed.
- You're responsible for your account and what happens on it. Keep access to your email secure.
Your content
What you add to Assemble stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with, only so we can run the app. When you delete something, we stop using it, apart from copies friends already saved of things you shared with them.
Only add things you have the right to share.
Things you can't do
- Break the law, or share content that's illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually exploits anyone.
- Spam people, impersonate others, or misuse share links.
- Try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with how Assemble runs.
- Copy, scrape or resell Assemble or its content.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Testing and changes
Assemble is in early testing. Features may change or stop working, and things can break. We'll try hard not to lose what you've added, but please keep your own copy of anything you can't replace. We may update the app and these terms; if the terms change meaningfully, we'll tell you in the app.
The legal part
Assemble is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Assemble. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
You can stop using Assemble at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service, and we'll give notice where we can.
